PolyPilot is building the Engineering OS for regulated industries, starting with Swiss MedTech. Regulated engineering teams spend too much time maintaining technical documentation, traceability matrices, evidence links, change-impact analyses, and compliance reports across fragmented tools such as QMS, PLM, ALM, CAD, SharePoint, and Excel. PolyPilot uses AI agents, knowledge graphs, source-grounded retrieval, human-in-the-loop validation, and audit-grade provenance to help engineering and RA/QA teams automate non-value-added compliance work while keeping outputs traceable, reviewable, and defensible. I am looking for a technical CTO / co-founder who can own the architecture and technical execution of PolyPilot. The ideal profile has strong experience or deep interest in: - AI agent deployment and orchestration - LLM systems and production-grade Hybrid RAG - AgentOps, observability, evaluation, and reliability - Knowledge graphs for traceability and structured engineering context - Cloud architecture and scalable backend systems - Security, access control, auditability, and reproducible workflows - LLM evaluation, feedback loops, preference learning, RLHF, or fine-tuning strategy - Product-minded engineering and fast iteration with users You do not need to be a systems engineering or MedTech expert from day one. What matters most is technical depth, founder mindset, curiosity for regulated industries, and the ability to learn a complex domain fast. In the first phase, you would help shape and build the technical foundation of PolyPilot: - Define the scalable architecture of the platform - Harden the first AI agent workflows - Design the knowledge graph and traceability layer - Build evaluation and AgentOps foundations - Support cloud deployment and security choices - Turn the current prototype direction into a reliable product - Work with early design partners and translate feedback into technical priorities - Help build the long-term technical moat of PolyPilot with RLHF This is a co-founder opportunity, not a traditional employee role at this stage. Equity, vesting, responsibilities, and future compensation would be discussed transparently depending on commitment, fit, and company progress. I am Moad Kissai, founder of PolyPilot, PhD in autonomous systems/control engineering, and ex GenAI Lead, Team Manager, and Business Developer. My background combines safety-critical engineering, embedded systems, systems engineering, and GenAI multi-agent systems for engineering automation.
