We’re looking for an AI Agent Engineer focused on context and prompt design to help build reliable AI employees. This role does not require production-level coding, but deep thinking about how AI agents reason, follow instructions, and operate within real-world workflows. You’ll design prompts, system messages, memory structures, and guardrails, translate business processes into agent behavior, iterate on failures and edge cases, and work closely with the founder and AI engineers to ship robust agentic AI systems. Fluency in English, strong language intuition, experience or interest in prompt engineering and LLM-based agents, and a high-ownership mindset are required.
