TaskHived is an early-stage AI company focused on evaluating how AI systems behave in real-world conditions before deployment. We are currently setting up a Zurich-based workstream and are looking for a hands-on coordinator. Role: Support coordination with Zurich-based partners and stakeholders. Help structure project workflows and evaluation scenarios. Support German-English communication where needed. Organise findings and outputs into clear formats. Assist with general execution across the Zurich workstream. Profile: ETH / EPFL MSc, PhD, or recent graduate. Strong structured thinking and communication skills. Interest in AI systems, startups, or real-world deployment. Comfortable working in an early-stage environment. English required. German at working level preferred. This is not a pure engineering role. The focus is on coordination and structured thinking. Paid role. Scope based on availability.
