For boosting the development of our start-up, we are looking for a motivated and independent back-end developer. About you You are passionate about coding and love to develop a stable and scalable back-end for our web application. You keep the big picture in mind but also have an eye for detail. You are keen on being part of a young start-up team, are eager to contribute your own ideas and you are motivated to shape the future of our company. The Challenge •You play a crucial role in building and maintaining the scalable back-end of our web application. •You plan and build our software architecture in close collaboration with our front-end developer and designers. •You advance the dev-ops pipeline and processes for efficient and easily usable continuous integration. •You contribute significantly to developing our web application by introducing and executing on your own ideas and approaches. The Requirements •3+ years of work experience in back-end development. •Advanced skills in PHP (current framework “Phalcon”), MySQL, IaaS, Distributed computing and DevOps including Docker, Git / GitHub and Node.js. •Advanced skills in Java / Gradle, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, AWS ElasticSearch, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CloudFormation, AWS Lambda, AWS OpsWorks, AWS CloudWatch, Composer, Grunt. •Excellent communication skills in German and/or English and experience in agile development.
