Your Mission Amongst the newly formed Customer Success & Marketing Team, your mission will be to lead the Customer Acquisition effort, manage the Customer Success & Marketing Team and to bring value in the long term for our customers. You will drive the Sales and Customer Acquisition process following some identified verticals, linked to business, legal and finance and discover new markets. Practically this includes: - Analysis of verticals and research on target customers - Creative prospection & active follow-up - Preparation of sales marketing material - Presentation of Sharekey's proposition and key advantages (full privacy, usability, cross-platforming, encryption technology etc.) - Participation to trade and business events (virtual in the short term) - Customer success, on boarding & basic training - Management and feeding of the CRM tool - Basic reporting and monitoring of all activities (automated through CRM) - Participation to the definition of the commercial strategy - Managing and leading the Sales team If talking to the C-suite of top-notch firms in Finance, Legal, Industry in Switzerland does not impress you and your skills match our expectations, then please send your resume in and let's talk.
