We're always looking for talented humans who are interested in building the future alongside us. We are looking for a self-starting trainee to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for co-creating and implementing a variety of different projects with the overarching goal to improve our customer journey as well as our internal and external processes. So, what will you be doing all day? - You contribute to the realisation of various strategic projects by thoroughly researching different topics - You manage and implement your own sub-projects in the area of growth/business development - You co-develop customer journeys and appropriate measures based on extensive research - You help to improve and optimise internal and external processes - You have a flair for numbers and create reports, analyses and d dashboards to identify user behaviour, patterns, and trends - Based on KPIs you develop appropriate customer acquisition strategies - You challenge and iterate the business model based on current market trends - You are responsible for setting up various Notion papers This is the perfect job for someone who: - has completed or is about to complete a degree in the field of business administration - has gained initial experience in project management and/or business intelligence - works in a well-structured manner, is an organisational talent and keeps a cool head even in challenging situations - has a broad technical understanding and is accustomed dealing with different tools - shows an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality and a strong sense of ownership - likes to work independently and precisely - is enthusiastic about our startup flair by being passionate, flexible, spontaneous and open to new ideas - has a basic understanding of the functions of different operational areas and can empathise with their requirements - likes to take the initiative as well as the responsibility for your work - You enjoy communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders and promote an open and constructive exchange with each other - Fluency in German and a very good command of English complete your profile Why you’ll love being part of our team: - We encourage an open dialogue and empower employees to bring their own ideas to the table.
