We are currently setting up our first large factory in Germany and need your help to bring it to full autonomy and duplicate it across the globe in our largest markets. In your capacity as a Business Operations Intern, you will support and improve our factory for precision parts by taking on hands-on roles and building tools and designing processes to make those roles more efficient or automating them altogether. As a Business Operations Intern, you will: - Own and optimize business processes in our production (e.g. pricing, raw material procurement, quality control, shipping). - Provide input to our product and engineering team, so they can build new features for our factory operating system to simplify, improve or automate the processes you are working on. - Identify non-software levers to make our production more reliable or efficient. - Own and improve production metrics.
