We are running a Ukrainian Cuisine restaurant in Zuerich. Food is natural, healthy and perfectly fits to the Swiss taste. Day to day operations works and we are on a restaurant and events. Next stage is to build a franchise across several Swiss locations. We need a leader for this, overseeing overall business. This is a part time job which can be done next to study. You will get support from me. (I founded several tec companies and currently working as a COO of the largest Fintech in the world). Instead of doing an MBA and sitting in the classroom you have here the chance to build something real. Key steps: (1) Adopt offering to a special experience for Swiss people experience cuisine and other cultural elements of the Ukraine. (2) Implement proper cost control by negotiation and oversight (3) Develop strategy for franchise offering and place in the market for franchisees We looking for someone with drive and smart business attitude eager to be successful. Specific experiences in food industry or Ukraine isn't required.
