About Energy Mirror Based in Lausanne, Energy Mirror is an early-stage PropTech and Sustainability startup. We are building the tools needed to accelerate the energy transition in the real estate sector. We have successfully developed our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and are now shifting our focus to our next major milestone: market validation and fundraising. The Challenge We have the technology, but now we need the traction. We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Chief Marketing Officer (Late Co-Founder / Freelancer) to join our core team. Your immediate mission will be to generate market interest and secure Letters of Intent (LOIs) from key strategic partners to strengthen our upcoming seed fundraising round. What You Will Do B2B Partnership Marketing: Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting communes, energy suppliers, building renovation services, and equipment providers. Lead Generation & LOIs: Craft compelling value propositions, pitch materials, and campaigns designed specifically to secure LOIs from B2B partners. B2C Awareness: Build our initial digital footprint to test user acquisition channels and market the product directly to individual property owners. Fundraising Support: Work closely with the existing founders to shape the company narrative and marketing data for investor pitches. Who You Are Having motivation to make a big change is our only requirement, however if you have below skills that is a plus. A "Doer": You are highly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in the scrappy, fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup. B2B & B2C Savvy: You know how to communicate a complex tech/sustainability product to both enterprise partners and everyday consumers. Networked & Strategic: Familiarity with the Swiss energy, real estate, or startup ecosystem is a massive plus. Entrepreneurial: You aren't just looking for a freelance gig; you are looking for a project you can take ownership of as a late Co-Founder.
