We launched quietly just a few weeks ago. In under two weeks — without a single public announcement — we signed 4 paying clients, generated our first CHF 9,000 in revenue, and have 10+ prospects in active conversations. We are already selling. ROLE FOCUS: CEO Sales, marketing, organizational management CTO Technology vision, architecture, core engineering CAIO (you) Full-stack engineering, AI/ML, data strategy THE ROLE: You are joining as a true co-founder — not a specialist hired to bolt on AI later. From day one, you will build alongside our CTO as a full technical equal, co-owning the full-stack development of our platform. As the product matures, you will progressively take the lead on our entire AI and data layer — the engine that transforms DomaFlow from software into an autonomous platform. A TWO-PHASE JOURNEY: - Phase 1: Build the foundation You and the CTO co-develop the core platform together. Your hidden superpower here is ensuring that every architectural and data decision is made with AI in mind from the start — so we never have to bolt it on later. - Phase 2: Build the intelligence Once the core is solid, you take the lead on AI/ML model development, data infrastructure, fine-tuning, and our agentic systems — the layer that will define DomaFlow's long-term competitive edge. WHAT YOU WILL OWN: • Full-stack development — jointly with the CTO across frontend, backend, APIs, admin panel, and integrations • Data architecture — designing how data is collected, structured, and stored from day one • AI/ML models — building, deploying, and fine-tuning models on our proprietary data • Agentic AI systems — the autonomous layer at the core of our long-term vision • AI governance — ensuring compliance with Swiss nDSG and EU AI Act standards • Engineering growth — helping hire and shape the technical team post-funding YOUR PROFILE: Must-have: ✓ Native speaker in at least one Swiss national language — fluent, comfortable also in a business context ✓ Last-year Master's student, or graduate of an equivalent top-tier technical university — Computer Science, Data Science, or related field ✓ AI-focus — enthusiasm about LLMs, AI API, AI integrations, Agentic AI with LangChain / Deep Agents SDK, RAG, tool calling, automation pipelines ✓ Full-stack engineering expertise — backend heavy: Python, Node.js+, LangChain, AI-SDK, Celery and other relevant libs NICE-TO-HAVE: ■ Knowledge of Swiss real estate or PropTech ■ Prior co-founder or founding engineer experience ■ Familiarity with nDSG / GDPR / EU AI Act ■ Frontend expertise: skills to think in user-friendly UI patterns when designing a system ■ DevOps expertise: skills to deploy to production, debug, and check the logs of systems ■ ETH Zurich alumni ■ Native Swiss-German WHAT WE OFFER: • 18–20% co-founder equity (subject to final negotiation) • 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff • Deferred salary for ~3 months — same terms as both existing co-founders — then a co-founder salary initiated simultaneously for all three upon seed close • Seed round targeting CHF 500,000 from industry experts and Friends & Family, planned Q2 2026 • A complementary team with clear, agreed ownership boundaries — no politics • Zürich-based, remote-flexible, with occasional in-person sessions in Ticino • The chance to architect the AI layer of Switzerland's most ambitious PropTech platform HOW TO APPLY: No template CVs.
