Calspak is a construction materials spin-off from ETH Zürich on a mission to decarbonize the construction industry, one of the world’s largest sources of CO₂ emissions. Our breakthrough technology drastically reduces the carbon footprint of concrete while enhancing its performance, tackling one of the hardest-to-abate sectors in the global climate challenge. We’re a small and passionate founding team with deep expertise in cement and concrete technology, moving rapidly from prototype to real-world validation. We’re looking for a Co-Founder / Head of Business Development to join our core team and lead our fundraising and commercialization efforts. You’ll work alongside technical founders to transform cutting-edge materials research into a scalable climate solution with global impact.
