Cerrion, a young Zurich-based deep-tech startup, is leveraging deep learning to solve the industry's transparency problem. Our state-of-the-art AI and Computer Vision technology generate production insights and detect process deviations in real-time, spanning a wide range of use cases. In order to scale our solution and develop our technological stack to be more efficient and robust, we are looking for your help. We are hiring a Computer Vision intern. **Responsibilities** - Work with the existing ML pipeline to deliver real-time video analysis to manufacturing companies - Understand the algorithms that are currently used and help brainstorm improvements - Efficiently researching the state-of-the art and trying different algorithms and neural networks to solve the given problems - Deliver end-to-end solutions for pre-defined computer vision problems - Working on several computer vision tasks simultaneously - Work with backend engineering team to bring the code to production **Requirements** - Previous work experience in software engineering / Machine Learning - Proficient in Python development and the scientific python stack - University-level understanding of statistics and probability - Good understanding of state of the art in Computer Vision and Deep Learning - Confident with working with Tensorflow and/or PyTorch - Ability to quickly solve problems outside of the area of expertise (e.g. infrastructure problems) - Good English skills **Why Cerrion** Cerrion is a deep-tech startup which is taking AI-based video analytics to the next level.
