You are an integrator with an eye for the big picture and a proven track record in business development and corporate management. You know how to convince strategic partners, key customers as well as future investors and you love to give IMPLANZ the form, structure and processes it needs to perform at highest levels. Your key responsibilities are: • Business Development (Head of Biz Dev function): Develop a strong business plan, define & further develop business models and strategies for different stakeholders such as (strategic) partners, customers and investors as part of our overall go2market strategy. • Processes & Organization (COO function): Integrate, streamline, optimize, and manage company processes and define the company structure to build a system that delivers fast, smooth, and reliable solutions for internal processes and to our customers. • Budgeting, Liquidity Planning & Accounting/Reporting (CFO function): Manage the company’s financial tasks such as budgeting, liquidity planning and accounting/ reporting (including investor’s reports) in collaboration with/ supported by an external service provider
