We are Dopamining, a fast-growing international tech startup aiming to tackle the global Dopamine crisis, founded by a team of former Google employees & Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. We are helping users of our app overcome their unproductive habits & unhealthy life routines by bringing together neuroscientific literature with AI gamification (www.dopamining.io). We are now looking for a CTO to lead our existing app dev team plus up to 3 new fullstack engineers we are currently hiring. The CTO is expected to be both an excellent software engineer as well as project manager and leader. Responsibilities - Define the tasks of the team, check in on progress, build pipeline and work closely with the management board as we scale globally - Implement working structures to manage a remote international team and ensure team motivation and enthusiasm, enabling your team to perform at their best while also ensuring their wellbeing and workplace satisfaction - Deeply understand user journey and offer own ideas - Build app components in accordance with plans in Flutter - Add/sync new AI & game components into the app - Test the app for unplanned behaviors & risks Qualifications - Flutter, either through a hobby project, studies or previous job.
