Your Mission: - Scale up our IT infrastructure along with the quickly growing business needs on 3 main areas: IT, Data Science/Engineering and Logistics/ERP - Make sure that we have the proper architecture and developer capacity to completely automate logistics - Lead projects to improve our ERP system to deliver better insights into production - Lead a growing team of internal and external developers - Fully digitize our factory and make it ready to be replicated on multiple locations - Recruit great talent You: - bring several years of experience in a leadership position, preferably as a Software Engineering Manager or Start-up CTO and a Master's Degree in Computer Science. - are fully proficient in Linux/Unix environment and basic DevOps skills. - are proficient in multiple programming languages. - have experience or tinkering with embedded or IOT Devices. - are able to juggle various projects without losing the bigger picture. work hands on and get things done. - show strong interest in Leadership Culture in order to improve your Leadership skills and develop the company's Leadership culture.
