For A Swiss Fintech StartUp we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Scope: The CTO is responsible for Systems development, Systems Implementation, Systems Management, Systems security and Technical support. Responsibilities: Design and document the systems/technical requirements. Develop systems and platforms through appropriate structured coding that allows reliability, availability, scalability, extensibility, re-usability and security of the systems. Review system performance, troubleshoot, debug and apply fixes to system components Qualifications: 2 years or more of hands-on working experience with at least one of the following languages: (Java, Swift, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C(hashtag)) If you also know how to develop apps that would be the cherry on top. Competencies: Excellent communication & decision-making capabilities.
