We are building a fabless hardware company developing integrated nonlinear photonic modules based on thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN). We are looking for a CTO / technical co-founder to co-lead technology architecture and productization. You should have: • Strong background in integrated photonics or nonlinear optics • Experience with waveguide design and phase matching (χ² processes) • Familiarity with TFLN/LNOI or related platforms • Understanding of foundry workflows (MPW, fabless model) • Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness for early-stage ambiguity This is a founding position with meaningful equity and long-term leadership responsibility.
