Our user-friendly platform plugs into our clients' marketing and sales campaigns and channels, to identify the needs, profile, urgency, and potential of their business leads. Tightly integrated into our clients' Salesforce Sales Cloud, as well as to their marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we deliver our data right where our clients work. Your next destination: SalesWings is looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager, that loves to take responsibility and initiative to serve our clients from the moment they come on board and advise them around how they can leverage our technology to get the best results. Our on-boarding and advisory program enables our clients to embed our solution perfectly into their process, helps them set up SalesWings with best practices, and provides ongoing support. As a key person in this role, you will also help us increase our clients' product adoption, our client's success, support material, and support offering! This is a very diversified and exciting position that involves project management, technical skills, consulting and sharing of best practices, and simply making our clients smile and achieve their business goals! Please note that this is a full-time contract position, fully remote. Key requirements: * Salesforce CRM experience (ideally basic admin-related) * Marketing technology experienced general, ideally marketing automation tools * Learn new technologies with ease (ie. Google Tag Manager, Asana, Stripe) * Experience or good knowledge of digital marketing * Experience working in a SaaS company The ideal candidate will: * Love to make clients happy! * Knowledge around marketing automation and digital marketing * Savvy around leveraging marketing automation technology * Be obsessed with customer satisfaction! * Hands-on, you'll be involved in everything from on-boarding, technical and customer support, consulting, and everything else that is required to make a customer happy * Passionate to succeed in a start-up environment and motivated to develop this key function further * Have experience providing outstanding customer support and success services to SaaS clients * Knowledge around CRM's such as Salesforce * Be at ease with technologies in general, ideally knows basics of Google Tag Manager or is interested to learn What we offer: A great opportunity to work with exciting clients from different industries Join a great venture early on that's set to succeed in an exciting journey Develop the customer success function further, bring your inputs and maybe even lead the future customer success team Freedom to operate and a great international team
