Key Responsibilities Data Science & Analytics • Develop and refine machine vision algorithms for physiological interactions like pupil dilation and gaze tracking. • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights from neurobiological data. • Build and optimize predictive models for actionable insights from assessment data. • Continuously improve model performance using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. Software Development • Write clean, maintainable Python code to build scalable analysis algorithms. • Integrate data science solutions seamlessly into the EyeQ platform. • Streamline workflows with CI/CD pipelines for deployment. • Collaborate with external teams to embed AI models into our cloud-based SaaS platforms. Collaboration & Communication • Act as a technical lead, conveying complex technical concepts to external developers. • Lead requirements specification processes to align system design with business needs. • Work with neuroscientists and behavioral experts to ensure the science drives the technology. • Design and optimize database structures, ensuring scalability and compliance with data privacy standards. Qualifications Education • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields. Experience • Proven track record with machine vision and predictive modeling. • Strong Python programming skills for scalable, maintainable solutions. • Familiarity with Software Requirements Specification (SRS) processes and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Technical Skills • Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Proficiency with computer vision libraries like OpenCV. • Advanced skills in data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy). • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
