Enterprise Account Executive

As someone who brings the right "FLOW"! After a successful onboarding with us in Glattpark (Zurich-Opfikon) you can choose to work from our office, via remote or both. The opportunity to become one of the "first movers" and help shape the success story of FLOWIT Direct collaboration with the founding team Make top C-level contacts in the business world Constantly contribute to the development of the business model A salary that reflects and celebrates your success Regular team events Your tasks You take over the new customers pre-qualified by the CSO and accompany them through the consulting and closing process You will conduct phone calls, web demos, on-site appointments, negotiations and presentations to convert curious prospects into happy customers You serve as a consultant to our clients while maintaining constant contact You develop long-term customer relationships and build a trusting as well as efficient cooperation You participate in trade fairs and events with the team to strengthen your network and represent our company professionally to the outside world You will support the optimization of sales processes, content and success reporting. Your profile Ideally you have a background in A&O psychology (e.g. Bachelor degree) You ideally have experience in B2B sales You can listen very well, adapt quickly and present the current and most suitable service offering for customers in the future You are attracted to SaaS and its scalability You see complex sales cycles/enterprise sales as a welcome challenge For you there are no problems, only solutions You speak German/Swiss at native level and fluent English You are willing to travel within Switzerland and occasionally in the DACH region You are enthusiastic about HR, personnel development and technology
