We support the best entrepreneurs in building their startups, getting funded, and accelerating their global business development. You will be responsible for the successful program operations, including the independent execution of startup events, from planning to implementation, coordination on-site, and reporting to management and partners. Be it an event at startup space, a workshop with our corporate partners, the TOP 100 Swiss Startup Award, or international roadshows. You will be the creative and organizational driver behind the scenes with the ability to grow and support the Managing Directors in sales activities and partner management in the future. We work in our office in startup space— with its own restaurant, startup feel, and great team events. - You have completed an apprenticeship or university degree and have undergone your first professional training related to event and project management. - You have already successfully organized events and projects during your education or in a corporate, agency, or service provider. - You are a talented organizer, determined, dynamic, and a highly motivated personality to work in a team as well as independently. - You are tech-savvy and have in-depth knowledge of Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, and communication with stakeholders and on social media. - You have ideas and are hands-on to bring our events and programs to the next level. - You have a convincing appearance and are business fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
