To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Entrepreneurship Intern to join us for a six-month programme. Working closely with our management team, you will gain hands-on experience across the different functions of a fast-growing international D2C business. What you'll be working on As an Entrepreneurship Intern, you'll support a broad range of commercial and operational topics. Depending on business priorities, your work may include: • Supporting business development activities and researching potential partnerships across different markets and channels. • Assisting with marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives. • Helping identify, prepare and operate pop-up stores and other retail concepts. • Conducting market research, competitor analysis and customer research. • Preparing presentations, reports and analyses for the management team. • Supporting cross-functional projects across different parts of the business. • Contributing wherever needed and gaining practical insight into the day-to-day operations of a growing international e-commerce company. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and enjoys getting things done. Ideally, you bring: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree (or are close to completing one) in Business Administration, Economics or a related field. • Initial practical experience through internships, student jobs or entrepreneurial projects. • A hands-on mentality and the willingness to take ownership. • Strong analytical and organisational skills. • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. • Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with e-commerce platforms, digital tools or AI applications is a plus. • A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, health and consumer brands.
