The Founder's Associate role is an operations role, assisting the Switzerland-based Co-Founder at Adaire with the innumerable tasks needed to keep Adaire, an mid-stage startup running smoothly, Projects might cover finance, operations, marketing, sales, analysis, helping with hiring, finding a new company office, helping with fundraising… and many of the 1000 things that Adaire founders have on their to-do lists where it requires smart problem solving and wider business context.
