Monotonic (m7c) replaces the stack of git bolt-ons (scale hacks, merge queues, SBOM scanners) with one cohesive VCS: a post-AI linear monorepo with native build integration. Pre-seed, technical founder (ex-Google), working prototype, mid-raise. You own everything non-engineering: first customers, pricing, hiring, ops, fundraising support. Founder builds product; you build the business. Many hats, no playbook handed to you. You'll: - Land the first paying design partners and turn pilots into contracts. - Build the bottoms-up motion: FOSS adoption to team to org, with the compliance paywall (CRA/SBOM attestation, enterprise admin) as the conversion trigger. - Set pricing, run the commercial process, and help stand up the company as we grow. You are: - Commercially sharp in dev-tools, infrastructure, or a technical B2B product. You've sold or gone to market before, even if not at this exact altitude. - Credible to engineers. Our ICP is platform and infra leads who spot a non-technical seller instantly. - Comfortable pre-product and pre-revenue, with regulatory tailwind (CRA, EU sovereignty) as the wedge.
