As a Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Specialist in our HR Team you help us in attracting, hiring and retaining high-potential candidates. Your mission: - You are responsible for the acquisition of qualified talent and oversee the recruiting process. - You collaborate with our team leaders to identify future hiring needs and support and advise them through the entire process. - You further develop our current interview practices with a clear focus on culture and values and train our team leaders in how to conduct interviews. - You develop hiring plans as well as talent acquisition strategies to ensure that we are targeting the right talent internationally, expand our talent pool and build a pipeline for key positions. - Keep yourself up to date on trends in sourcing and recruiting and find the right solutions to attract the people we need on our mission. What you bring: - a higher education in HR or a University degree with advanced training in strategic HR, recruitment, staffing or similar. - several years of work experience in personnel recruitment in a dynamic environment and ideally leadership experience. - solid know-how of appropriate recruiting and interviewing techniques as well as a sound understanding of requirements and responsibilities for various roles and ideally experience in active sourcing. - experience in filling positions in the areas of R&D, FMCG, and Sales as well as a strong network. - experience in process management, concept development and didactics. - exceptional time-management and organizational skills. - a high affinity for IT and you enjoy digitizing processes. - identification with our philosophy, culture and values. - excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German and target group-oriented communication at all levels.
