What You’ll Do > Set up and manage the sales process > Research, identify and prospect for new customers (use Hubspot) > Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward > Develop and deliver presentations of our services > Support sales managers on outbound tactics and lead generating efforts > Assume full responsibility for the SME sales cycle - from qualification to signing to onboarding > Maintain a well developed pipeline and strong ongoing relationships with prospects > Act as a brand ambassador for Loewe Communications at all internal and external company events Who You Are > You have at least 5 years of working experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Language Service Industry > Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day > Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent German and English > Experience in working with Hubspot or other CRM products is a plus but not mandatory as long as you are highly motivated and driven to learn it. > Empathetic and curious - you love learning about customers and their problems > You are customer-focused and feel confident leading live conversations (phone, video, face-to-face) > You are creative and proactive - you’re always looking for ways to stand out with prospects, and to improve the way we do things > You enjoy improving the status quo by creating structure and processes from scratch > You are eager to learn, apply, and bring new best practices in the organization > You are resilient - it can be a tough role, with lots of rejection but the wins make it worth it!
