Key Responsibilities ● Advise the CEO on product development strategy and implementation (acting as external CTO) ● Support the CEO with the process to hire and to guide engineering and electronic developers as well as external partners ● Support CEO on fundraising and strategic partnership due diligences Skills and Qualifications ● 5 or more years of professional experience in product development from concept to launch, including redesigns and industrialization of appliances for the food and consumer electronics ● Experience in launching of new products in production ● Network to engineering and electronic developers and manufacturers ● Excellent German and English skills written and oral are a must ● Experience in electronical engineering is a benefit ● Experience in licencing technologies and in the in the bakery industry is a plus ● Have knowledge and interest in new technology Mindset and Values ● Mission driven ● Challenge the status quo but grounded and realistic ● Honest and direct communication ● Under promising and over delivering What We Offer ● Attractive company shares in phase 1 and cash in phase 2 ● Opportunity to join flatev part or full time ● Shaping the future of healthy and convenient food Location of the position: Switzerland & Online Type of Employment: Around 10% or on demand Start Date: As soon as possible Excited to change the world of food as much as we are?
