About us We're working at the intersection of energy markets and digitalization, developing solutions for European electricity markets through engrate (flexibility/VPP platforms) and n:lead (energy market innovation). Our focus spans Nordic and Central European power markets, tariff structures, and market integration tools for next-generation energy players. What you'll work on: - Data collection and structuring for European electricity markets (DSO tariffs, market rules, grid structures) - Research on regulatory frameworks across Nordic and DACH markets - Supporting plug-in / database development for tariff structures and market parameters - Organizational and documentation tasks - Market analysis and information synthesis What we're looking for: - Student at ETH, UZH, ZHAW or similar (Bachelor/Master level) - Interest in energy systems, electricity markets, or energy transition - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Python programming experience - Comfortable with data handling and documentation - Good written communication in English; German is a plus - Self-directed and reliable What you'll gain: - Deep exposure to European electricity market operations - Understanding of real-world VPP/flexibility platforms and tariff structures - Insight into energy market digitalization and Nordic market design - Flexible working arrangements (mostly remote possible) - Potential for thesis collaboration topics Details: - 8 hours per week - 800 CHF per month - Flexible scheduling around your studies - Start: As soon as possible - Location: Zürich (hybrid/remote possible) To apply Send a brief email with your CV and a few lines about why you're interested in energy markets and what you hope to learn.
