For our product team we are looking for a team leader for our backend, Core API and architecture at our office location in Zürich, Switzerland. In this role you will • Hire and develop a team of A-Players • Drive the backend backlog and roadmap and lead feature implementation • Build maintain and operate our core API to have a performant and reliable backbone for our business • Ensure the backend is easy to use and extend for other team members, easy to test and easy to deploy • Define backend architecture and tooling including monitoring, testing and deployment We expect a hands-on person as you will not only be the team-lead, but also the first member of this team. You will start working on the backend and then step by step build and develop a team while we grow as a company.
