We are looking for a UI/UX Digital Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will work alongside a team of product managers, copywriters, and engineers to create the next generation of Omo-Health's digital products. 💪 Responsibilities - Design user-centric concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final work for development handoff. - Work closely with product and brand owners to create layouts that reinforce the brand through its visual touch-points. - Work hand-in-hand with the product and development team to create innovative digital experiences from scratch. - Work closely with data scientists to adapt and iterate on concepts based on usability testing. 🗒️ Requirements - You have at least 2 years of experience in User Interface Design in the context of web and app design - You are fundamentally a strong graphic designer, and you actively keep up with current trends in graphics as well as digital experience - You are proficient in Figma or similar prototyping software - You possess strong communication skills and can express the thinking behind your designs as well as present your work to a broad audience in both verbal and written form - Fluent in English (German a plus) - Swiss or EU passport / permit ⚡ Nice to Have - Experience with usability testing and other forms of qualitative and quantitate research - basic HTML/CSS knowledge 🎁 What we offer - Become part of a fast-growing VC-backed startup that is moving forward at an incredible pace. - Join a young, highly motivated company where you aren't a small cog in a large machine, but have influence in what we are doing and how we work. - Grow your responsibilities alongside the growth of the company. - Competitive compensation package - Flexibility
