The product covers Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, and AI-powered people analytics, all in one platform. We are compliance-ready for European regulations (GDPR, labour law) and already have an MVP live with early users. We are building the HR tool that European companies have been waiting for: modern, AI-driven, and actually built for the complexity of operating across European jurisdictions. The opportunity We have the product, now we need a co-founder who can own the go-to-market and business side. Who we are looking for You are an HR professional or HR-adjacent business builder with a hunter mentality. You know how to open doors in the HR world, speak the language of CHROs and HR leaders, and have a strong network in Switzerland or the DACH region. You are passionate about the future of HR and want to build something from the ground up. What you bring: · Solid understanding of HR processes and pain points in European companies · Experience in B2B sales, business development, or HR consulting · Strong network in the Swiss or DACH HR community · Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with zero salary at the start · Based in Switzerland, ideally in the German-speaking part What's in it for you Co-founder title and meaningful equity stake.
