Accelerating net-zero aviation

We’re building Certyfy, a GreenTech software solution for airlines that enables them to easily and cost-effectively use Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), accelerating the decarbonization of the aviation industry ✈️ SAF is experiencing rapid development, with a staggering 250% CAGR (20x from 2019 → 2022 and realistic50x from 2022 → 2030), which makes this an incredible opportunity. However, the absence of a system to credibly and scalably manage and trade SAF among airlines, booking platforms, and international sustainability schemes has resulted in significant complexity and challenges for airlines adopting SAF and transitioning towards carbon-neutral aviation. Certyfy solves this by building the “Stripe” of the SAF ecosystem, providing airlines with a comprehensive API/Devkit to seamlessly interact with the highly complex SAF landscape. This massively reduces user costs and complexity while also preventing greenwashing 🌱 I’m currently validating our solution with the IATA (international organization representing 80+% of all airlines) to become an official industry product. In the past, official collaborations and co-development with IATA have led to the product’s adoption by 70% of airlines within a mere 5 years. Besides that, we’re in negotiation with major european airlines to become first users of the system.
