We are building the one-stop shop for secondhand Swiss fashion - a video-first, mobile-first marketplace that makes resale easier, safer, and more engaging. We’re looking for a Founding Backend Engineer to own the backend foundations behind orders, payouts, search, messaging, notifications, integrations, and marketplace workflows. This is a high-ownership, equity-first role for someone who wants to shape the architecture, engineering culture, and trust layer of an early but already released product. Initial compensation is 2–3% equity before fundraising, with the expectation to transition to salary + equity after a raise.
