We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead our machine learning initiatives working directly with Creaitor's CTO. This role is critical as you will lay the foundation for our ML/AI capabilities and lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance our platform. You will cover both the roles of a Machine Learning Engineer and a Data Scientist, working closely with product managers to build and deploy cutting-edge models that meet the needs of our customers. Tasks - Lead ML Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models. - Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for machine learning initiatives aligned with Creaitor’s goals. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning to solve complex problems and improve user experience. - Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to inform model development and extract actionable insights. - Feature Engineering: Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance and accuracy. vModel Training: Train and fine-tune machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques. - Model Optimization: Evaluate and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. - Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI to continuously enhance our platform. - Testing and Maintenance: Implement and maintain robust testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of machine learning solutions. - Documentation: Document processes, models, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility. Requirements - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. - Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. - LLM Expertise: Experience in developing AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM and LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain). Strong knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI - NLP Expertise: Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools. - Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently as well as part of a team. - Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
