About Us At DP Quantum, we are on a mission to automate complex physiscal and logistical processes through robotics, AI, and smart software. While our technological platform is built for cross-industry application, our first strategic flagship project, "SwiftCover", targets a massive crisis: the global healthcare staff shortage. We are developing an automated system to revolutionize the bed-processing cycle in hospitals, freeing nursing staff from heavy, manual routine tasks. We are currently in the early Ideation / Pre-Seed phase. The market is validated, the business strategy is set, and a strong institutional network in Switzerland is ready to be leveraged. Now, we need the technical brain to bring the hardware to life. The Setup & Your Role Currently, I am driving DP Quantum as a solo founder, handling the business operations, market strategy, and commercial scaling. I am looking for a peer around my age (~24) to join me as a true Co-Founder on eye-level. Together, we will build this company from scratch, hustle through the early stages, and turn a massive problem into a scalable business. As our Technical Co-Founder (CTO), you will take full ownership of the technical vision and product development: Prototype Development: Design and build the very first functional physical prototype (Proof of Concept) for "SwiftCover" (kinematics, gripper systems, and automation mechanics). R&D Ownership: Lead the CAD modeling, engineering calculations, and selection of mechanical components. Tech Strategy: Architect our hardware-software integration as we scale our automation platform into other industries.
