Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary Technical Co-Founder and CTO who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Easy Shift. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned full-stack developer with a strong background in Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.js, and a passion for creating impactful apps. Key Responsibilities: - Hands on development and implementation of our staff scheduling application. - Collaborate with other co-founders to set the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth. - Ensure the application’s architecture is scalable and maintainable. - Act as a spokesperson and representative of Easy Shift in technical forums and discussions. Qualifications: - Experience as a full-stack developer, with expertise in Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.js. - Problem solving mindset irrespective of the domain. - Strong mathematical background + Extra points for experience in optimization problems such as linear programming and traveling salesman problem. ++ Double extra points for experience in staff management and scheduling software. - Experience in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. - Excellent communication skills.
