As a Business Development Working Student, you will be a core member of our Marketing Team and thus closely collaborate with our marketing, business development and sales professionals as well as our Co-CEO Commercial. IT allrounder internship
50-80% | as soon as possible | 6-12 months | Switzerland We are looking for a motivated IT allrounder. As IT allrounder you will be part of our Operations team but you will be working closely with various team members across the company. Your main responsibilities will be threefold: Internal IT and IT support: Setting up computers for new employees (Windows environment) and taking care of their IT onboarding. First and second level IT support for our employees. Implementation of new tools, improvement of existing tools and processes (Sharepoint, One Drive, service management tool or similar). Responsibility for inventorying existing IT equipment and ordering new IT equipment. Further develop and maintain our customer service management tool. You would be an integral part of our customer service management tool team who introduces new workflows and features to the tool and supports the tool’s users if needed.
