Part-Time Teach Lead For Tech-First Law Firm

Join our tech-first law firm as a part-time CTO and drive innovation in legal technology. Your mission will be to re-envision from first principles how a law firm should operate and grow in the age of technology and AI and execute these visions in cooperation with the law firm's founder. The goal is to create the first Swiss law firm that scales with technology (i.e. software code and AI) instead of an increased number of law firm partners, associates and interns (i.e. human capital). The work will presumably include the development of scalable tech strategies, streamlining of internal processes, automating workflows using tools like Microsoft Power Automate and the automation of marketing and sales efforts. This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise with a hands-on role in advancing legal services for Swiss startups and SMEs. Ideal for a tech-savvy founder with drive and a keen interest in closely working with startup clients.
