You will become a part of the growing international team, with multiple languages and nationalities, based in Geneva and Brussels. We are looking for young graduates or young professionals with the ambition to make a difference and learn by doing in the dynamic area of MedTech and digital health. WHAT YOU WILL DO Growing the business with our clients in medical devices, health informatics, and life science companies. Develop ongoing market analysis of the digital healthcare market players, like hospitals, technology providers and others. Contribute to product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, financial analysis, and business strategy. Support communication activities with clients and the team, for the company website, company social media pages. WHAT WE OFFER Decision taking responsibility from day 1. Growth in the industry of the healthcare technology around SaaS, open source, data management and digital transformation. Supportive culture of multicultural team and flat hierarchy. Innovative projects and direct contact with the clients. Location in Geneva, hybrid or remote. YOUR PROFILE Excellent knowledge of English and French; German is a plus. Academic background in technology management, business, or marketing. Strong understanding of customer management, sales cycle, and marketing analysis. You are curious and eager to learn and can take a challenge of being in fast-changing industry and ready to grow in your role. You are organized and autonomous, flexible, and problem-solving oriented. Comfortable talking to any level in the organization, internally and externally. You have a basic understanding of project management techniques, customer management and financial tools.
