Location: Zurich / Switzerland / Remote (Europe) Start: ASAP Compensation: Equity only (no salary for now) What we’re building Idunox is a Swiss health-tech startup building IduScore: an AI-powered (non-diagnostic) product that turns routine blood tests + lifestyle inputs into clear long-term wellbeing insights. We’re moving from prototype → MVP and running pilots with partners. Who this is for You’re a high-drive generalist who loves shipping. You can jump between building agent workflows, fixing operational bottlenecks, and launching marketing experiments—and you’re excited by early-stage chaos because you know you can turn it into momentum. This is not a “watch from the sidelines” role. It’s a “co-build and own outcomes” role. What you’ll own (your weekly mix) AI Agents & Tech Enablement (≈40–60%) • Set up and improve AI agents that help us move faster (research, QA, content drafting, onboarding, internal SOPs). • Build simple toolchains: prompts, routing, lightweight RAG, evals, regression checks. • Automate workflows (forms → CRM → dashboards → reporting), reduce manual work, and help pilots run smoothly. Growth & Marketing Execution (≈40–60%) • Ship campaigns end-to-end: landing pages, email sequences, LinkedIn content, partner outreach, ads tests (small budgets), webinars/lead magnets. • Own the growth ops stack: tracking, UTMs, GA4 events, funnels, conversion experiments, reporting. • Run weekly experiments with clear hypotheses (conversion, CAC, pipeline creation, partner leads). What success looks like (first 6–10 weeks) • Agents that save time every week (less manual report/QA/ops work). • A working growth engine: consistent outbound + inbound experiments, measurable funnel, weekly learnings. • Tangible outputs shipped: pages, sequences, dashboards, automations, partner lists, campaign results. What we’re looking for • You’re a doer: fast, structured, accountable. You don’t wait for perfect information. • You can build with modern tools (no need to be a “senior engineer,” but you must be technical enough to ship automations and agent workflows). • You can write strong copy, think in funnels, and execute campaigns. • You’re comfortable in a health context: careful wording, no medical claims, high trust bar. Must-haves • Proof you ship: side projects, growth experiments, automations, agent demos, content that performed—anything. • Comfort with tools like: Notion/Airtable, Webflow/Wix, HubSpot/Brevo, GA4, basic Python/JS, Zapier/Make, LLM tooling. Nice-to-haves • B2B partnerships / outbound prospecting • Basic design sense (Canva/Figma) • Experience in health-tech, privacy, or regulated-ish environments Equity / structure • Equity-only at the start (we’ll be transparent about cap table and milestones). • Option to convert into a paid role when funding/revenue allows. • Real ownership: if you perform, this can evolve into Head of Growth Ops / Chief of Staff / Founding Growth & Agents.
