Our mission is to empower startups with the resources they need to thrive and make a significant impact in the healthcare industry. We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Working Student to join our team and contribute to the success of healthcare startups. Role Overview: As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) or Startup Success Manager (SSM), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our startup partners through their journey. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their needs, connect them with our network of service partners, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success. You will be at the forefront of medtech innovation, working directly with startups and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: • Startup Onboarding: Identify the unique needs of each startup partner and create tailored service requests. • Matchmaking: Connect startups with our network of service partners, fostering valuable partnerships, while building your personal network. • Ongoing Support: Provide continuous guidance and assistance to startups, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed. • Sales Outreach: Utilize your sales skills to initiate and maintain relationships with healthtech startups. • Independence: Work autonomously while reporting directly to our CEO, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic startup environment. Qualifications: • An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong interest in medtech and startups. • Currently pursuing a degree in business with a focus on healthcare, or a medical student with a business mindset. • Excellent sales and communication skills, including the ability to make proactive phone calls. • Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently. • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
