Microcaps is a young ETH Zurich spin-off founded in March 2019. Our unique technology allows us to produce highly precise and innovative microcapsules that empower materials to unlock new capabilities, all tailored to various markets from cosmetics to nutraceutical and pharma. We are a young and highly dynamic team, striving to establish our technology as the new gold standard within a widespread market. The commercial team supports the co-CEOs in defining the commercial strategy of the company and is responsible to deliver accordingly along the activities of sales, marketing, business development and project management. We are looking for somebody to join our team and our journey to bring Swiss precision to the world of microencapsulation! 😍 Your mission: • Support of key strategic projects that are run by the commercial team ranging from market-entry strategy to product development and business planning • Support our sales activities by contacting leads, preparing pitch decks, and drafting project proposals • Work closely with our formulations and engineering team during customer projects and support the team with administrative tasks such as meeting preparation and customer communications • Support of the commercial and financial team in the preparation of future financing rounds What you bring: 💡Technical and commercial affinity: You are passionate about technical innovation and enjoy putting a lens on it. Ideally you have a bachelor’s in a business-related field (Master is a plus) and have collected some first working experience in a previous job or internship 📚 Be willing to learn fast: We do not expect you to bring deep technical expertise. However, we expect that are willing to dive into the topic and build your expertise by learning from the rest of the team 💪🏼 A strong can-do attitude: As we are a startup, your scope of action will be broad and can change.
