Pulse Energy helps utilities offer flexibility products to consumers, so consumers can make money & save money with their distributed energy resources. We want to become the gateway to energy markets for consumers across Europe, enabling a system with 100% renewables. We're a small team of industrial engineers with experience in the energy industry that has initial customers lined up and now want to grow our founding team with a CTO to shape our idea and start building. We're looking for a software engineer with experience building safe & scalable backend systems to lead product & tech. The initial product will be focused on integrations with existing systems, making data accessible, and is expanded with making use of that data through forecasting and optimization. We are looking for someone who has a mind of their own and is enthusiastic about building scalable, secure backend infrastructure for communication, optimization and trading. Most specific technical requirements can be learned, so it does not matter if you have built something similar before.
