Activities • Support and help accelerate strategy and business development through market research, assessment and prioritization of use- and business cases from a market, medical operational and user experience perspective • Independently driving forward selected growth projects • Analyzing and optimizing of our existing process structure to enable future scaling • If necessary, direct conduction of administrative/operational tasks Requirements • Highly analytical thinker, with previous experience in business development, ideally in start- up, Biotech, MedTech or consulting • Mature in MS Office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint • Currently studying or having finished a masters (can be any area but ideally medical, business or engineering) • Practical experience in dynamic work environment must have (multiple jobs and or internships) • Organized, strong sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude • Fluent in English and German with strong verbal and written communication skills • Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities We Offer • The opportunity to have an impact on the business development area of the next blockbuster in health monitoring • An experienced management team with deep experience and great commitment to people development • A position in which you can develop and grow beyond your limits • A steep learning curve, real impact at work and a lot of fun! • An attractive remuneration

Company Description: Spiden is a Swiss MedTech venture with the vision to use spectroscopy techniques to continuously monitor and learn from a wide range of vital medical indicators, allowing to improve your individual health. We are looking for an experienced site IT administrator to manage our heterogenous environment of devices, operating systems/softwares, and infrastructure. Requirements: - Managed user client support for a company with heterogenous environment, incl. Apple, Windows, Linux - Experience with mostly cloud set up company software (especially. MS 365) - Experience with VPN/SSO management/bring your own device - Experience with managing and integrating multiple service providers - Experience with coordinating the build out/maintenance of IT infrastructure/networks - Working locally in Spiden offices Responsibilities: - Maintain and manage users and accounts for all software and subscriptions; assist team members with IT-related challenges - Onboarding and off-boarding of employees (Hardware and Software), desktop support - Assist the management of current and future network infrastructure including VPN, firewalls and devices (Deploy updates and fixes) - Responsible for implementing IT security - Manage IT assets and inventory (Provide technical support for software) - Build local IT protocols and processes - Cooperate closely with developers, researchers, and system engineers across Spiden offices and laboratories - Installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software
