In order to scale our startup further, we are looking for a Communications & Digital Marketing Intern (3 months unpaid internship) to join our dynamic & small team and provide creative ideas to yet unsolved problems. As a Communications & Digital Marketing, you will work closely with our CMO together and set up your own projects. As one of the early members of Zario, you will directly impact Zario will present itself in public. What You Will Be Building With Us • You will plan and create content for many types of projects (product launches, social media, ads) • You will be in the lead of the creative process at any stage, ranging from brainstorming to production, and lead your own projects. • You design "engaging content" for our social media channels and come up with creative formats (visuals, motion graphics, videos) • You identify digital trends, new formats and channels to increase our product and brand awareness • You lead your own projects from conception to “go-live” • Support content creation, copywriting efforts and marketing campaigns • You develop a deep understanding of the marketing strategy Requirements • Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive "can-do" attitude • Well-developed core visual/ commutations/ digital design skills, demonstrated in your portfolio of recent work. • You are fluent in English • Experience with tools such as Figma, Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Keynote is a plus • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus • Work experience in a startup, agency or comparable fast-paced working environments is a plus Why should you care about this role? • Push your own projects. To scale our startup further, we are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to join our dynamic & small team for three months unpaid-internship (with possible paid extension) and provide creative ideas to yet unsolved problems. As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work closely with our founder together and set up your own projects. Our future team members should like to get their hands dirty while implementing and executing new solutions in the field. As one of the early members of Zario, you will directly impact the scalability of all processes and the growth of our company in general. What You Will Be Building With Us • You will work closely with the CEO regarding the scalability of processes and operations within the company. • You will identify business growth potential (e.g., location, channel, product) and drive projects to deliver against these opportunities. • You will launch new products and services (MVPs) and follow up on their performance after launch. • You will continuously question existing structures and processes and find solutions for them. • You will actively support the CEO in the operative day-to-day business Requirements • You do not need to have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university. If you kill it, you kill it! It doesn't matter where you studied. • You have gained experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, private equity, high-growth startups, VC, etc.) • You have a strong analytical mindset and a solution-oriented way of thinking. • You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty. • You are a great communicator and expert in stakeholder management on various levels. • You are fluent in English (German is a benefit). • You are ready for the journey of your life.
