At ZuriMED, we are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated student to join our design and development team. If you are interested on learning more about Quality and compliance into the Med-tech industry, and obtain a first insight into the product development process within highly regulated environments, this is great opportunity for you. Main responsibilities: • Work as part of the design and development process of new medical technologies and their regulatory approval pathway. • Lead and execute a research project under the mentorship of the Quality Manager. • Perform GAP analysis against applicable ISO Standards and FDA regulations. • Participate on the planning and conducting of internal and supplier audits. • Support the development of Quality system documentation. • Perform Quality checks and regular product inspections. Qualifications: • Working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field (i.e., Engineering, Microbiology, Quality Management, or like degree). • Strong analytical and data analysis skills as well as a problem solving and risk assessment approach. • Strong Communication in English (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. • Availability to work on site and remotely up to 30-40 hours per week. • Basic knowledge on Quality Management Systems according to ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 is preferred.
