I designed and delivered a range of career-focused initiatives—including workshops and review sessions—that enhanced client engagement and awareness. Leveraging data from 120 events, I presented actionable insights that informed and refined engagement strategies, demonstrating strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. I provided one-to-one guidance to more than 120 clients, resolving complex queries and tailoring support to individual needs while building trust and improving outcomes. Advised and supported over 200 students and graduates through one-to-one consultations, guiding them in improving CVs, cover letters, and job applications to meet employer expectations. Managed a high volume of appointments in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, effectively balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality. Analyzed applicant profiles to provide tailored, strategic recommendations, enhancing employability and supporting informed career decision-making.
