In my role I am leading the strategy and vision of technology for our learning platform and the technology trends in R&D. I will connect the internal and external innovation ecosystems and manage innovation programs for the R&D community.

Building Innovation & Entrepreneurship capabilities within the organization. Agile coaching/design of programs and leadership coaching. Setting up an Intrapreneurship program (incubator) to support and coach Digital Health business challenges and co-create with external ecosystem(startups/customers/experts). These programs support our company’s culture transformation and generate business impact on our Digital healthcare strategy

Leading and managing the newly established Innovation lab to support Digital transformation @ Roche. The Innovation Lab is the platform for co-creation, prototyping, inspiration and experiments to foster innovation across business functions. Connecting internal and external innovation to foster an innovation ecosystem.
