- Responsible for the lifecycle management of several portfolios of B2B technological solutions (~ USD100 million in sales p.a), ranging from hardware to software. Owning and executing the go-to-market planning and product positioning as well as leading cross-functional and cross-border teams were some of the key responsibilities. Some of my key achievements included: - Led the analysis of our customers' needs and challenges as part of the global development process for a new product designed for developing markets and acted as the regional representatives in various global product sounding boards. - Led the regional launch of over 5 products, including disruptive technologies, for which I developed and executed cross-functional go-to-market strategies. - Co-created and rolled out an integrated marketing campaign with several EMEA-LATAM countries following the agile-based scrum methodology to be run on multiple channels, including social media and trade shows, and led the campaign roll-out and its performance evaluation in the region. - Led the regional launch of a new digital solution provided as SaaS with a particular focus on business model design, product positioning and generating product adoption. - Drove the regional implementation of a global partnership with another major multinational and coordinated the joint-planning process to advance our portfolio's commercial objectives. - Led the production of customer-facing materials and commercial tools.

Global position where I got to be involved in a variety of projects intended to provide insights to internal stakeholders on the markets in which we play, on the competitors that are active in those markets and on the trends shaping our industry. The following were some of the main tasks that I performed during this experience: - Created competitor dashboards for strategic projects within the Centralized & Point of Care Solutions (CPS) business area, covering the following dimensions: business model; SWOT; product portfolio; alliances & partnerships; financials and M&A. - Supported our primary market research (PMR) expert in framing and scoping two PMRs for the business case of a multi-billion dollar R&D project. - Led the technology workstream of the CPS Strategy Factbase, a key input for the annual review of CPS strategy, and responsible for coordinating activities between the R&D and IP teams in assessing technological trends and our technology roadmap.
