§ Accomplished the chemical synthesis of the therapeutic protein, Human Nerve Growth Factor, by developing the expressed KAHA ligation and SOLACE solubility tag. § Established an automated platform for rapid virtual screening hit validation by integrating large virtual libraries with automated synthetic chemistry, resulting in the Synple Space technology which allowed the ETH start-up, Synple Chem, to be acquired. § Delivered collaborative publications on DNA-encoded libraries, ribosomal frameshifting and automated synthesis, including in the journal Science and in addition to co-authoring 1.2 M CHF in grants (SNF 212565).
